Mytikas is pleased to announce revised price list of key Zuiko Digital lenses for May '06 onwards.

The amount of price reduction varies across the board, those not listed I'm told will have their prices maintained while the highly sought 50-200 will receive a considerable drop in price.

These are recommended retail prices, so current street prices will be adjusted downwards accordingly. Do check with your dealers concerned :-)

At least in some small little way they are adjusting prices for the more popular lens.

11-22 too new to adjust price? Its a great lens.

Cannot help but feel that the price adjustment is somewhat related to the new models the Sigma and perhaps OLY might have in time.

If the price adjustments are the result of impending new lenses to come, well that's great, it's always interesting to see what Olympus can come up with to better their fine stable of lenses.

The change in the RCP also provides buyers with new opportunities to renegotiate prices of their dream lenses.

I am worried for the inflationary effects of oil prices on our daily lives in months to come, however an opposite change in the direction of prices for Olympus lenses is welcome news indeed :-)

Your guess is as good as mine :-)

Thus far the price revisions apply only to selected lenses.

By all accounts, new entrants to the E-System really enjoy the greater affordability than us 'old timers' :-)

I wonder if us 'senior citizens' get old geezer rates as early adopters, hahaha :-)

Sorry I did not know got dust inside but pic quality not affected last time I used it.

Near Peninsula there is a camera repair shop on the second floor. Its the same bldg as Cathay Photo. Neart East Gear.
